1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ortzix application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. About Ortzix
Ortzix is a productivity and organisation application that allows users to:
- Manage tasks, lists, and groups
- Create reminders (including location-based reminders)
- Store notes and personal content
- Access additional features depending on the subscription plan
3. User Account
Certain features require account creation.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- Providing accurate information
- Not sharing your account
4. Plans and Subscriptions
Ortzix may offer free and paid (Premium) plans.
4.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
4.2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
4.3 Global Refund Policy
Ortzix adopts a global refund policy:
- If a user cancels within 14 days after declining a price increase, they may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Other refund scenarios are governed by the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ data
- Exploit system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with the App’s operation
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create.
Ortzix:
- Does not claim ownership over your content
- Does not access personal data beyond what is necessary for functionality
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time.
Upon deletion:
- Local data may be removed from your device
- Future implementations may include deletion of remote data
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Principles
These Terms follow general international consumer protection and privacy principles, with regional adaptations where required.
